4 Hour Power Kum Nye with Andis Egle*
This short course gives you a taste of how Power Kum Nye opens up body, breath and mind to natural aliveness, which will lead you to fundamental openness!
According to the Kum Nye tradition, a healthy mind inhabits the present moment. Undisturbed by memories of the past, free of fears in the present, and unconcerned with projections of the future, a healthy mind engages experience freshly and directly. the present moment is the moment of embodiment - the right now of experience.
Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche in Kum Nye Dancing
With Rinpoche's teachings we can align body, breath and mind with the dynamic of the power of time.
To enter Time, you must go through four gates. At the first gate you have to let go of the past. Being completely involved with what you are doing helps you to go through the second gate. The third gate will open when you are no longer pulled towards the future. Finally, when you shed the sense of 'I', you pass through the fourth gate. Now you enter Time.
